National Convenience Week is our annual, end-of-summer, week-long event recognizing and celebrating the convenience channel and our essential convenience store workers while raising funds for a local charity.
This year’s National Convenience Week will take place from August 29 to September 2 and will again be fundraising for Make-A-Wish Canada.
In 2021, National Convenience Week raised over $134,000 for Make-A-Wish Canada.
In 2020, National Convenience Week adapted to public safety recommendations and guidelines by executing a primarily virtual event, with support from community leaders in the form of video and online messages. The event raised $75,000 for Make-A-Wish Canada.
In 2019, $180,000 was raised for the Children’s Wish Foundation of Canada Provincial Chapters.
From coast to coast, Canadian convenience stores celebrated their industry, welcomed community leaders to their stores and raised much-needed funds for charity.
